Builtincookers.co.uk was established by Bigblue, a product design consultancy with a particular interest in cookers. We are passionate about what we do, and our obsession with detail extends from our website into the way we communicate with our customers and deal with manufacturers, many of whom are our design clients, too.

Ordering online is safe and easy - just complete your details in the Shopping Cart area, these will then be passed securely to our payment handler, Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) using the latest 128 bit encryption systems. Once the transaction has been approved by your card issuer, Worldpay will send you a Transaction Confirmation email, and your order will be passed securely on to us for processing.

      

For your added protection we are a registered member of the IMRG scheme, ISIS (Internet Shopping is Safe). This means that our VAT and Data Protection registrations have been checked for you, and our website and service is reviewed and monitored independently to ensure we trade in a legal, decent, honest, truthful and fair manner. We deal with the product manufacturers on a daily basis, and are happy to recommend that you contact them if you require a further recommendation. You will find their phone numbers on the Delivery Info menu above (they may know us better by our company name, "Bigblue").



Credit Handling Charge
The charges that the credit card companies apply to each transaction have a significant impact on our low-margin business. Rather than pass on the true percentage, our policy is to add a flat rate of £10 to credit card transactions. There are no charges associated with debit cards or cheques.

Many of our customers prefer to speak to a "real person" when making such a significant purchase, and we are always happy to assist you during any part of the decision making process.
