Guide-line delivery times are shown on each product information page. Please note that we can only give typical lead-times and these are subject to stock availability.

Although delivery is usually free of charge (remote delivery fees may be applied) there are costs associated to the delivery process, and should delivery fail due to customers not being present on the agreed day, or for other customer or site-related reasons (e.g. access problems), then a fee will be applied to cover the cost of further attempts.
